Bylaws Amendement - Removal of the Local Communities Department
Pursuant to Article XI of the Bylaws of Open Source Matters, Inc. all the Members (Class 1, Class 2, Class 3) of the corporation shall approve any amendments to the Bylaws. This amendment purpose is to remove the Local Communities Department from the list of Departments of the corporation as set in Article IV, Section 4.01(B) of the Bylaws. Bylaws Amendment - Flat Election System
Pursuant to Article XI of the Bylaws of Open Source Matters, Inc. all the Members (Class 1, Class 2, Class 3) of the corporation shall approve any amendments to the Bylaws. This amendment purpose is to modify the election system, to allow each member of the corporation to cast one vote each. The introduction to the amendment is available here.

Members Vote - Amendments to the Nomination and Election Process
The aim of this Members Motion is to change the the nomination process from current system to self nomination and change the election process to that described in the document and linked documents found here. - The proposed changes will not affect the Bylaws of the Corporation since the nomination process is not regulated in the Bylaws. The proposed changes will represent a Corporate Policy to rule the Nomination Process. All members (Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3) of the Corporation have the right to vote for this motion.
