Q: For the dashboard's long-term operation, what minimum hosted operating period and ongoing cost coverage should the fixed price include after February 28, 2027?
A: None, but there should be a clear definition about the requirements for hosting and operation of the platform. We prefer to host the dashboard on our infrastructure.
Q: What Milestone 8a handoff artifacts or interface contract should applicants assume at proposal time, and when do you expect those outputs to be available?
A: We already have a draft version of the test results and we can provide the results on request. Milestone 1a will be finished at 31st August 2026
Q: Is there any restriction on contractor location or citizenship for this milestone, for example, does OSM require applicants to be based in, or incorporated in, the US?
A: No, it is not required to be based in the US. This is an EU programme. Certain restrictions may apply, and we are checking this as part of the application process.
Q: Joomla core already runs Cypress system tests in GitHub Actions (.github/workflows/ci.yml, tests/System/, joomla-cypress). Is extending that existing suite with axe-core and a dedicated accessibility job the expected approach for Milestone 8a, rather than introducing a second end-to-end framework?
A: That would be perfect. But we are open to suggestions if using a different approach makes sense from a technical point of view.
